Me either. But I do think those who say it's >25% (or whatever) aren't believable either. And I strongly believe that there's less fraud being charged to advertisers at G than anyone else. MSN is close (for now), but the others aren't in the same league at all.

As with numbers issued by many corporations, those figures seem a bit rosy...

Haw haw! It looks like suddenly having people just guessing wildly at everything to do with Google isn't such a fun game for G now that it's hitting them in the pocketbook!

Even if their figures are right, they deserve to have the click-fraud rumor mill churn on, as payback for the piles of bad SEO rumors they've gleefully let people nuke themselves with [/schadenfreude]

    Invalid Clicks Rate
FWIW, in the AdWords Campaign Reports you can see the 'Invalid Clicks' and 'Invalid Clicks Rate' which at least shows what Google caught as fraud.

I just ran a report for the last two months and was somewhat surprised to see the rate of nearly 5%

    What is everyone else seeing?

2% is an absurd #. I check our web analytics and we get fraudelent and junk traffic even from google and that # is way higher. 2nd tier companies like Enhance (ah-ha), kanoodle will have a higher fraud rate. Can't disclose # thought but it's definately more than 2%
