Need your help.
We've been using www.constantcontact.com for a while now and really have no complaints but recently have seen some new features added to others.
I'm just looking for a vote if you have used or are currently using any of these companies. If you know of another one not listed here, please feel free to post it. Thanks

I've gotten emails sent TO me through a place called CheetahMail, but all I know about them is that they exist and do mail management.
Just thought I'd add their name since you said "If you know of another one not listed here, please feel free to post it." Sorry I can't be more help on this one...

Responsys rocks if you've got the budget. I work closely with them through my day job, and their sytem and reps are superb.

So far I really like the interface - very user friendly and easy to figure out. I haven't had to spend hours going thru lengthy and BORING tutorials - I have found it the navigation of their interface to be quite intuitive thus far which is a huge plus in my books.
And their delivery rates are good - this is among the most important qualities.
Also noticed that VR offers free list scrubbing as a feature and also have quite a few templates to choose from for those who don't do the HTML themselves or have a designer on hand. I like the fact that it's a "pay as you go" type of set up too - no contracts. A beautiful thing.

Thanks for your vote.
Looks like verticalresponse.com is winning.
I agree with you too on their great features. I had originally planned to implement them from the beginning, but never too late, I always say.

Vote, Vote, even if your're not using any of them, go through the features of each one when you get a chance and come back and vote.
Never know, you might need one of them soon with all those great programs you have.
