Todd. Please enlighten me. This is the code for one of your merchants. I copy and paste it on a page.I don't see my account number in here anywhere. So please explain how do I get credit for any sales from this merchant?

    "170506-8992890"

I think its something to do with these two. One of them is a code for your website.

I know that I can make sales appear to come from a different one of my websites, if I change one of these. But I forget which one.

I may be wrong but I think the first number 170506 is your code for your site.

    Mailman, Like said above!

170506 should be your Pid#. That should be the same for all of your links you generate if you have just one website listed. If you have more than one web site listed with CJ then the PID #'s should all be different.

8992890 - Should be the link number I believe. So the merchant would have a different link number for each link.

I personally wish CJ would track by our acnt numbers instead of pids. It would be a pain PITA trying to keep track of individual sites but I would feel more comfortable if they did.

If 170506 isnt your personal Pid then somethings screwed up.

170506 is your PID. If you look at your account number at the top left-hand corner of the screen when you log into CJ, you'll notice that your PID number is different from your account number.

Don't make the mistake of using your account number for tracking. For instance, when you create those individual links to sections at eBay. Somebody was doing that, and wasn't getting credit for the referrals.
