    can anyone tell me where my outlook data is stored(folders sent items etc) I want to reformat and transfer date. I use XP

    On my computer they are stored in:

    C:\Windows\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst

    If that's not where they are on you computer, try using the file find feature to find files: *.pst

    I use Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express (which comes with the computer). Last December I upgraded computers. I burned the file to a CD. When I changed computers, I used the IMPORT feature of Outlook to pull the information into Outlook on my new computer.

    Don't forget that your address book is in a separate file of its own.

    Be carefull. Outlook is made by Microsoft and I lost all my e-mails a year ago. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]))
