Well since the ABW board was down for a few days did anyone get any work done? ABW is addictive but I found after 24 hours of it not coming up got into a MEAN Mood and got a ton of pages done. How about you?

Didn't get all that many pages made, BUT I did manage to get apache, PHP & MySQL installed locally on my XP machine.
Took me about 4 hours to get it all done & installed (including d/l time on dial-up).

Designing database sites is now *heaps* easier (IMO) judging from what I've managed to do since the installation.

I didn't get any work done. I find building web pages somewhat mind-numbingly boring... ABW is my break from the tedium. Without ABW, PlayStation was my break...

    I took much longer breaks.<IMG src=http://www.abestweb.com/ubb/icons/icon38.gif>

I'm glad to hear that one of my role models feels the same as I do! I've always felt guilty of my 2-second attention span, thinking that everyone else can reel off 12 hour page building sessions and then look forward to doing the same tomorrow.

    Thanks Cedric!

Now where did I put that Age of Empires disk....

Me too, but you can tell that by looking at my pages. Warcraft 3 is my current stress reliever.

I got lots of pages made for a new site, and all I have left to do is write a few main directory pages. And I'd better not quit typing yet because I have some more merchants waiting to be rolled out...

But that's not to say that I disagree with Cedric--on the contrary, making pages has gotten rather dull. But it's not dull to watch the transactions roll in so I keep on making them...

As for games, I've been playing Black and White most of the time but I got bored with that last weekend, so I played Genghis Khan II (SNES!) instead. I hadn't played Genghis in a while so it seemed "newer" than the ones that actually *are* newer.
