    2 many late nights
I am starting to feel the affects of to many late nights. I spent the whole weekend searching and promoting my websites and only had a total of 10hours of sleep. Now I have been at work for about 7 hours and have dowsed off twice. I get off in about 1 hour, but the sad thing is. I know when I get home I going get right back on the computer.

Make sure to take a nap at some point. You'll be much more productive that way! Welcome and good luck

    Health first, money later.

One of the most crucial parts of "being healthy" is good sleep and rest. The mind and body need to recharge so your only doing yourself a disservice by burning the candle at both ends. The money will come, but the health can go very, very quickly.

I find that I can work far better (and make far fewer mistakes) when I'm rested. I would rather get 4 hours of good, rested work in than 20 hours of tired work.

Sleep is your greatest ally, but I feel your pain. My first two years in this I averaged 4-5 hours a night. I had a lot of anger issues, though, and it was an outlet.
Following everyone else is a GREAT way to become average.

I'm also starting to have health problems due to overworking due to my full time job and affiliate stuff at night and on the weekends. So now I'm realizing that the affiliate game takes time and I should take my time aswell instead of wrecking myself.

The sad reality is that people work like crazy trying to earn all the money they can, damaging their health to such an extent that no money can fix it later on (when do have the money they've always wanted)...

    I am guilty.

For a long time, I thought that this was just a USA thing, but after seeing some of the world, it appears that this is a human trait, practically universal.

    Sleep, each night?

I've barely slept 2 consecutive nights in the last 2 years of doing this (that's how long I've been doing this). That'd be nice, though. I think I can count 13 hours of sleep so far since Sunday.

If it hadn't been for the semi-success of online casino promotion I'd probably sleep less than I already do, since it's the only thing that's ever worked (for me, just to clarify).

Unless you are prepared to leave your job, you better start trying to get some rest. I don't know if I've ever met anyone who can perform at their same good level when they get onto a screwed up sleep schedule. When you are self-employed and working from home, you can sleep when the rest of the world is at work. But if you are employed - you'll end up falling asleep at work or worst, on your way to and from work. I used to do what you are doing and I'd fall asleep at red lights, in to-go car lines, at lunch at work and I looked like a zombie half the time. Up to that point I was always on time for work and rarely called in sick. But that all changed. Towards the end I was short-tempered and couldn't grasp changes as quickly as I used to. I cheated the people I was working for because my quality of work dropped and in the long run short changed myself because it took me more time to do everything because I was so tired. It doesn't work. Luckily I realized it before I really messed everything up. You never know when you'll have to go work out in the real world again so it's good to keep your work record intact. Besides, it's not healthy! Give yourself a break -- get some sleep.
