Question would this be considered forcing a click
I am not giving anyone the site until I am sure they are doing something bad. Ok, they are a search engine that provide regular web, image, etc searches. But they also provide an ebay search. When you use their ebay search function and click search, you are automatically redirected to ebay through their aff link. Now, visitors clearly know they are going to ebay and have to click to go there. But maybe they just think they are searching ebay, not going through an affiliate link. let me know...

Does it matter? I understand what you are asking but I also don't see anything wrong with what is being done. Do they have an about us or TOS anyplace?

Oh no. I am not trying to get the company in trouble. They are great. Like I said, I won't be telling anyone who it is. But the thing is, I have never seen anything like this before. so I was just wondering for myself. They have a TOS and a disclaimer. Why does that matter?

That sounds like a normal affiliate link through a search box.

It's fine. They know where they're going, and have to click.

They do not need to know that it's going through an affiliate link.

    It depends on their TOS.

As Loxly pointed out, this is the equivalent of an ebay search box available to any ebay affiliate.

    No problem.
