Unhappy AJ Madison closing, not closing
1/9: "We regret to inform you that the Commission Junction advertiser AJ Madison, Your Appliance Authority has chosen to expire its affiliation with you effective 16-Jan-2007...."

1/15: "The termination notice that you received was sent to you in error. AJ Madison is not closing their affiliate campaign.
Please restore all of your links so we can continue a profitable relationship here are just some of our exclusive.
    ..."

Does this merchant has any clue what their "error termination notice" will cost them and how many hours and hours of work we need to put in to "restore" their links?

Who's going to keep their terminated links and expecting a "sorry, it is an error notice" message show up after 6 days?

Anybody has success with them? Since I didn't do much good with them so far, I'm a little hesitated to spend time to restore their links back.

An "error" being an error in judgement on their part, I think they saw links pulled quick and a sales slide.

Merchants should really make sure before they send out any messages to affiliates. "We are sorry to inform you bla bla bla" and "Ooops, error message sent last week" just won't work.

I think it was managed by CJ & now they are taking management of it in-house & keeping CJ as the network. Got the boot from that program months ago, no idea why. AbsoluteHome/HomeClick pay a lot better than AJ Madison on similar merchandise anyway.
