    Does anybody know the GET command
    Does anyone know the "get" command for datafeed "Category" files. I am getting no where with it. I have been using the following;

    XXX_XXX_XX_cmp.txt.gz

    Is this right???

    did you do an 'dir' or 'ls' first to make sure the file is actually there? There is nothing special about the get command - 'get filename'.

    What is this console because GET is a http command and it sounds like FTP?

    It is an FTP command. GET and PUT are what FTP uses.

    Thank you all. I've tried everything, i don't think the files are there. I have sent support a couple of emails to no avail.

    The strange thing with their download is that the file can be there but may take numerous times to get it. I setup a batch file to download the files and sometimes I had to run it numerous times to get a file. So you attempt a download 3 times in a row and finally get the file on the 4th attempt or so. Good luck.
