    Reporting Delays at CJ
    Just saw this posted at CJ:

    Reporting Delays

    Currently some clients are experiencing reporting delays in the CJ Account Managerô. We are currently working to resolve this issue. Tracking and recording of transactions is fully functional, and we will post updates to the site to keep you informed as we resolve the situation. Thank you for your patience.

    It is the weirdest delay ever though. I reported perfectly for yesterday, but the dasy before still has not reported.

    If anyone in here is an affiliate of mine, don't worry we have all the info saved and will just batch it back in, which means some of you will get double commissions without knowing it =0).

    I saw a transaction post an hour ago with the normal <2 hr delay. Not sure what they're talking about...

    The Reporting Delay message has been up since late afternoon/early evening yesterday. I'm inclined to believe that it only applies to batch merchants.

    I liked it when they used to put the date and time on their announcements, including when they updated them. That was something I used to harp and harp about and finally Todd Crawford got them to do it. Now they don't put dates up and sometimes leave messages up for days.

    A time and date would be nice, but how about giving us some REAL information in this generic message that's THE SAME EVERY TIME they post it? Tell us who is affected, whether it's batch or not batch merchants, whether the reporting problem is with CJ's reporting process to us affiliates or with the process of reporting between merchants and CJ. Give us more details on what happened and what is being done to resolve it. Specifically state the merchants and set of affiliates who are affected and give a timeline for correcting the problem. email the specific people who are affected so they know what's going on rather than put a blanket message up for EVERYONE with zero details.

    These things are not hard to do, and it blows my mind that a corporation would not have the professional courtesy to let its partners and clients know more about system delays and breakdowns and what is being done to fix them.

    All of our batches are fully reported and up and running. The delay is possibly now over.
