How will I be accused by FTC
    Hi
First of all I want to tell you that I dont have much information about the rules of the FTC. Ive heard that they can use those companies who dont follow their rules and break the rules. Is that true? How can I know that have I entered into contractual relationships with people or businesses and do I need a written contract that protects me and defines my rights and obligations? Please help.

    So what's going on?

    How are you connected to:

    http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?t=84865

Question along the same lines. That was posted last night at the same time (2 minutes apart) you're posting this. About the FTC.

Not sure what you're really asking, not giving enough details.

The general answer is be ethical. A more specific answer would require a more specific question. What aspect of the FTC? They govern quite a bit, from advertising to telemarketing. What are you looking for, and how does it relate to affiliate marketing?

You can easily obtain a copy of the FTC rules and regulations by visiting their site. It's easy enough to understand and always good information to have.

I wonder how many personalities he really has. Someone with soo many interests as he has forum memberships should not have had problems in a relationship LOL.

The best part of that is that the forum is called dating ads. So it could be advertising you are looking to date or just a giant spam forum. spamming a forum, what a concept! lol

This is a distinct type of forum troll. I'm not sure what the goal is, other than to watch people scurry around trying to be helpful, while snickering at them. I suspect that it might be kiddies having a contest to see who can get the most crap out there.

I wish I knew if there's a name for this type of forum troll.

Anyway, if you see a post in a forum that's, 1) posted by a noob, 2) makes no sense, 3) is off-topic, you've probably found one of these trolls. There was another one this morning from a woman asking about algebra tutors. Same kind of forum troll behavior.

You heard it right that FTC has sued around 45 companies recently and have frozen their assets. If you wont follow up the rules you may be the victim of the same. Try reading "[Spam that won't even be searched on, now]" This e-book is useful to your brick and mortar business as these issues also apply to all your marketing.

On the other hand it might be a spammer's opening move. Noob 1 sets up the shot, noob 2 slams it home.
