    Obsolete feeds
Will fresh feeds for Ross-Simons and HSN be loaded up sometime in the near future? Virtually every HSN jewelry item displayed in Goldencan search has been sold out for months, and Ross-Simons is starting to run pretty dry. ShopNBC might be worth refreshing too.

    Hi Davidh,
Our system imports the latest data feed every day as long as we have the latest data feed available from the merchants. According to our reports the HSN data feed was last received on 02/04/07 and imported. Ross-Simons Data feed was last received on 01/30/07. According to this number the data feed should be latest and updated. Can you please email me the URL of the page where you are seeing the old products so we can do some research to find the problem? May be merchant is including the old products in the data feed of there is some other problem.

There is no particular URL, this is happening with items that appear in keyword search results.

Do a search for any jewelry item and see what comes up for HSN. "Tanzanite Pendant" will offer plenty of examples. SOLD OUT.
