    Amazon PPC - Clickriver Beta
Just wondering if anybody here is using it? And if so, how do you like it?

    http://www.clickriver.com

Was just refreshing some links and was checking out the sponsored links which went to that page.

    Clickriver experience
I have got the same question in mind. I have been asking this question in a couple of other forums but nobody seems to have any idea.

Since this new system by Amazon is quite targeted, in my opinion, it might have good results. I think I am going to give it a go.

I wondered where those sponsored ads were coming from . . . my first impression was that amazon.com had found a new way to divert our customers.

I think the sponsered links are not coming from Google. However, I could not find a trace where those links are coming from

Clickriver Beta It's why I was asking if anybody was in the beta. They're going to be doing it on their own using that. I heard it was very hard to get into, haven't found anybody actually in it.

    Clickriver
A few weeks ago I applied to Clickriver to be a beta tester. It was yesterday after my post that I received a reply from them and become a beta tester. I have started a few campaigns yesterday to test how things are going on with Clickriver. I will let you know whenever I have some results.

I signed up with them today as well. One thing I have noticed is after you're done creating your ads it will instantly show up on amazon search.

How many clicks was it? Sell anything?

After reading this I went and applied. I was going to give them my A-Store as my URL, but changed my mind.

The sponsored links are provided by Clickriver Ads and by other 3rd party ad networks. Clickriver Ads is an advertising program - currently in beta - that allows businesses to advertise services and products that complement the selection on Amazon.com. Clickriver is offered by A9.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Amazon.com.
Does that mean if nobody has bid on a keyword, they pull the ads from somewhere else?

I wonder if it can be worthwhile to advertise on Amazon for Amazon products. Something tells me that's betting against the house, but then again it depends on the actual numbers.
