    DRM links
What exactly are they? Is it possible to extract a plain html link from them?

dynamic links, change as the merchant deems necessary?

I've found both graphic and text versions, depending on the merchant. I don't think I want to mess with changing them into something they are not.

basically, it javascript for an affiliate.

merchants would and could use it in any way. It is supported via HtML and the merchant can use it to show like what google is doing or some eleborate graphics.

PM me your email and I will email you some of the DRM that I have online. Not any of our affiliate sites but something that we created.

many merchants are not using JS link to their advantage, you can only find regular banner images from JS links

The merchants should do the same thing(auto-updating) using their regular banner links.

    Hey La_Valette...

Like Eric and all said...they are based on javascript but can usually start as an HTML file and be converted into a .jsp file. That lets them be served via one line of javascript code.

In terms of design they can be one line of text or a full "page" of content. Because they are "served" by the merchant (or the network) they can be changed anytime and those changes appear automatically on all the affiliate sites that are using them. Here's some examples of the ones I created for GigaGolf.

Affiliates love them because they never need to be updated. I love them because they let me treat the affiliate page almost like a billboard that I control. I can use them to brand, change products, put current testimonials, show the latest coupons, and talk about hot products all within one "area". We have content affiliates and shopping affiliates using them so they work for all types. They are really great!

Yes Eric they are very flexible. You must have gotten the pocket-sized version.

We are working on even smaller ones that go under your eyelid.

    Hi sovereign6,

Please sign up for the Wyndham Program
http://www.fairfieldgetaway.com/affi...liate_join.asp (we are going through a URL migration since Fairfield spun off from Cendant, and we are now under the Wyndham umbrella).

Do let me know what your user ID and I will approve it immediately.

    Thanks!
