    what about mpire?

I don't know what this thing does, but it installs and it somehow edits the store pages, so my guess is that it'd be some kind of affiliate cookie thief???

I did some general searching and can not find anything negative but it is early in the game. I do not have those browser versions installed so could not test the plugin.

I'll file a report with McAfee SiteAdvisor and see what they report back.

I did that yesterday and just now realized I forgot to post back here. Maybe the extra 'kick' will get it tested quicker....

Kellie nows has a list of well over 100 adware applications that need testing.

SiteAdvisor is an excellent resource, just remember, they don't report on exactly how any particular application is behaving with regards to revenue generation. Just whether or not the application is flagged by certain security companies as actually adware. If an application is not, then it will be labeled as a green/safe download, but from an Affiliate Marketing perspective a Merchant or Manager may still have concerns about the way it generates traffic/revenue.

From the demo video on their web site, it would appear that they are at least inserting links to their own site/listings in Merchant's product pages. I do see affiliate links else where on their site.
