This bastard spammed my site too

I suggest this thread not be closed so that everyone who is an AM here can see they are spammers and remove this affiliate from their program.

Spams my site 2 to 3 times a week

I know ShareASale is anti spam etc they should terminate this booger.

Just out of curiousity - how do they spam your site? Are they posting spammy forum entries?

They spam a lot of sites.

I've merged the other RedTagDeals.com spam post into this one. Any additional spams will just be deleted (assuming Haiko hasn't IP Banned him yet, in which case there shouldn't be any more).

whoa. they're in my program and I wasn't so sure about them at first - and now I know for sure thanks to this thread. I actually met the guy who runs the site at the affiliate summit. But I'm not gonna support this guy if he's a spammer

The part I don't get is why would they spam this forum. Of all the choices, this would be at the bottom of the list. The members here either have coupons or issue coupons, not look for them.

Oh well, maybe he signed up to one of those high speed superpower link exchange programs and this is how they get the links they sell.

Nice work guys. I've IP banned the idiots, let's keep this thread going and point merchants to it and any similar spammer threads.

Most of these forum spammers have automated bots that find forums, and post to them without the spammer ever approving which sites are being posted to. These spammers are a huge nuisance to forum owners, so it's nice to see that this can come back to bite them in the butt every once in a while.

Take a look at all the forums they've spammed:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=redtagdeals.com

If anyone has some spare time, they should contact all of the forums and sites listed on the first couple pages of the Google search results and recommend that they remove the links and link to this thread instead. This thread would rapidly rise to the top of the list, and everyone searching for "redtagdeals.com" would find "Forum Spammer: RedTagDeals.com".

    Just a thought...

While unlikely, it's possible in cases like this that a competitor of Red Tag Deals is spamming in their name with the intention of getting Red Tag Deals blacklisted with merchants.

I'm not saying that's what's happening here, but I'd hate for my site or any other affiliate's site to one day be blacklisted because some unlawful affiliate didn't feel like competing fairly.

Doubt full, the program that spams forums isn't cheap.
Plus the way they spam, during Valentines day they were pushing their 1800 flowers page.

So they change the page they want to show off.

A competitor would probably just push one page or somethin.

they spam that site everywhere. Its really annoying.
They also spam their affiliate links, just posting those at places. I saw some cj links at some forums, and googled for the id and it was them.
I wouldn't think that'd even be allowed either, but I never looked at the agreements for that, since i don't have plans to do it.

OK I just found them in my Little Giant Ladder program on CJ and booted them. Interesting is that they are showing a 7 day EPC twice of his 3 month EPC. To me that means they have increased their spamming!!

Also found them in NetShops and booted them. Ironic that they never made sales for either program. Makes me wonder how they got such high EPC's!!!!!!!!!
