This is what happens when an affiliate marketer...
...stays out in the sun for 6-8 hours (looks worse in person).

And that's just setting up for an event. I'll be out there longer tomorrow!

It's funny to me. I used to be a sun hound and be very brown.

    Ouch! You look like a

Use plain white vinegar as a compress or fill a clean spray bottle with the half vinegar, half water solution and spritz it on to relieve any burn.

    Ouch! I sympathize with you...

Affiliate Summit East 2006 I decided I would allow my very pregnant self some relaxing time by the pool. I didn't feel hot, and by the time I thought about it I had been out for about 3 hours or so.

Let's just say that Florida sun is a little different from Maryland sun. That, or my hormones made me very sun-sensitive. Either way, this year I will be rocking some SF50. I've learned my lesson...

Hope the sting is gone ASAP!

I'll just have to deal with it after tomorrow. I'll have to stop and get something after the thing is over.

Unfortunately sun tan lotion never seems to have any effect with me, so it's just deal with it. Once I get my initial burn for the year out of the way, it's not that bad the rest of the year, I'll just get dark.

wow, take three shots of vodka and go to bed on 1000 count satin sheets or velvet and you'll not feel as much pain until you get up in the am/ then when you do get up, tale three more shots until you finally don;t feel the burn anymore, ohh and driving while being medicated is not a good thing lol..

wow, hope you feel better an aloe and deep moisture lotion should help to dull the pain and heal the skin. Make sure it does not have a scent though

For reference, and speaking from experience (legs and upper torso)...I wouldn't do the vodka thing. It will make all the affected area throb like crazy. You'll be so sore, you won't be able to sleep.

Use a good sunscreen. I started to late in life and have recurring skin cancers. Cover with a broad brim hat and long sleeves even in the summer.

Rexanne is right, Aloe is the best thing to put on it. Add to that, when you go to bed spread baby powder between the sheets.

It'll probably start itching in the next day or so. Take benadryl and it'll help.

    Ou....

    ....ch.

Ok, 18 hours of straight sun in 2 days = not a good thing. Just to let everyone know.

Drank about 3 bottles of water and 12-13 Vaults, heh. Coca-Cola had a big ass vault truck there (pretty sweet "big rig" type thing). Although I drank more Vault because a cute girl actually drove up in it (freaked me out a little bit, not trying to be sexist or anything). So I kept going over there to say hey to her.

Well, at least you had a good time.

Now absolutely get some aloe vera gel and slather it all over your burns. It stops the pain and heals the skin. And, as Adam suggested, a shot or 2 of vodka wouldn't hurt.
    Peace,

Vodka and I had a rought past, I gave up hard liquor years ago. But I do have plenty of Miller Lite. And I did go immediately after the show and get some aloe vera gel + some continuous spray aloe stuff (so I can keep it in the truck).

Why I drank lots of Vault (and I don't mean the truck):

    Sorry man,

But after seeing that jpg again, and looking at your avatar in details, it looks like an omen.

    Wait a minute.........

    .

That jpg at first sight, now looks like a sore thumb, or a genetic defective big toe.

Gee, ok, add sore thumb or genetic defective big toe, to the list of things I've been called. Although I've been called a lot worse, and it's usually by every female that sees me, but that's ok, lol.

sorry mobilebadboy....but that was a good one. lol

On a serious note....awhhhhh...really am sorry that defnitely doesn't look like it feels too good.
For anybody that might wanna try another product there's one called Healing Gardens by I think Coty. Forget the exact name but it's some sorta shea butter body lotion that really works well for helping if you're at the stage for gently smearing some on. Works great for dry skin, too. Guess it helps to moisturize it to make it feel better. Does have a smell to it, though.

Hope you're feelin better soon mobilebadboy...and put some sort of sun protection on next time...that really looks like a nasty burn.
