OK, before I get and away the XXXX merchant, I want to know, how can this be possible?
1 - VOIDED Repeat Order Sale - B.... H...... 3002
TRANSACTION: 11/06/2006 05:39.03 PM - REVERSAL: 12/06/2006
BannerID Clicked: 453364965
Sale Amount: $40.85 Your Commission: $8.17
2 - VOIDED Repeat Order Sale - J.... M. S...... 6910
TRANSACTION: 02/26/2007 01:59.06 PM - REVERSAL: 03/05/2007
BannerID Clicked: 453169713
Sale Amount: $95.90 Your Commission: $19.18
How can those two orders be VOIDED, and the reason be, that they are Repeat Order Sale?
If they indeed were repeated order sale, don't some similar sales should also be posted too, in order to see at least two sales of the same amount, or the same customer name show up?

Maybe they only pay for "new customers?" And these people have bought from them before?
If that's the case I'd have a chat with them, or maybe just drop them.Affiliate Marketing - The hardest easy money I ever made.

I would definetely contact them and find out. If it is a program that has paid well before without many problems then maybe they got someone new handling the orders who doesn't know exactly how to handle the canceled orders part of it.
If they just don't want to pay affiliates then they should be beat about the head and shoulders with something heavy.

Yikes ... sounds horrible Mr Sal.
I'd love to know who the merchant is ... so I can stay far, far away!

Furthermore, I just went to SAS again, and I don't see anything about paying for new customers only, so I went to their site to read their affiliate page and this is all that is said there:
Earn commissions of XX% on sales that originate from your site!
How it works:
Just place a special link to XXXXXX XXXX web site on your web page(s). You can link to XXXXXX XXXX home page, or individual product pages. Once your link sends them to XXXXXX XXXX.com, we take care of the rest. You earn a XX% commission for sales you refer to us.

I bet that since they are on CJ too they are selectively deciding who should or should not get the sale because BOTH cookies were working on their system. I'd contact the merchant directly and see if that were the case.

I had a few of those over the years with them... Usually it was a CJ thing as I recall. They seem to pay there first...
That being said, I also made some good money with BBNY, so it pretty much evened out. In those days though (2+ years ago), they were responsive when I emailed them.

It's likely the cookie was first set on CJ. But if the cookie was set by you first then by a CJ affiliate you have a reason to complain. I used to do pretty well with BBNY a couple years ago, but it's been downhill since. I don't see much opportunity here anymore.
