March 5th, 2007, 01:14 PM #1Princes William and Harry Do It Just On TimeAs many of you know, AM Navigator is about to announce a relationship with a new client, and as a "warm-up exercise" we're holding our Best Telephone Joke contest [posted jokes ] [poll to pick the best ].
If princes William and Harry hung around ABestWeb, they would've probably been voted first for the phone joke they've pulled on Queen Elizabeth herself (their granny), and got their beautiful $200.00 prize.

Darn...I missed the contest, but I still have to share this one with you guys.
What makes this joke even better…is that believe it or not, it really actually happened to someone I know.
Basically a friend was on a dinner date with this lady and during the meal her phone started beeping so she went into her purse to look at it but didn't answer. The beeping continued a few more times as the night went on. Finally, she goes to her date, Hmmm I wonder who keeps calling me??? -- I don't know anyone by the name of "Low Batt"!”
LOL – this still makes me chuckle!geofferson marcy

London, England (BANG) - Who doesn't like to have a little fun and games with their grandparent, in an attempt to loosen them up? Britain's young royals sure do, and they knew the perfect formula to have a good laugh with Her Majesty.
Princes William and Harry played a prank on their grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, by recording her voicemail to say "wassup!"
The royal brothers thought it would be funny to record the answering machine joke when the queen asked for help setting up her the voicemail on her cell phone.
The recorded message said, "This is Liz. Sorry I'm away from the throne. For a hotline to Philip, press one. For Charles, press two. And for the corgis, press three."
A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "The queen was mortified at first - she does like to maintain a formal presence at all times. But then she really saw the funny side, and had a little chuckle to herself when she thought about which VIPs might have heard it.
"It was the talk of the Buckingham Palace - and the royal family."
William, 24, and Harry, 22, also taught their royal grandmother how to send text messages.
The 80-year-old queen often uses her cell phone to communicate with the princes and her other grandchildren.

Queen Elizabeth must have been like the ordinary grannies we have without the crown and the sceptor on her hand.
I wonder though how it feels like to have a Queen granny. Where you can hang around Buckingham Palace with the royal guards keeping an eye on every move you make. ;-)
