wally world (wal-mart Site to Store shipping)
    Got this in email

Walmart.com has started the rollout of our Site to Store program. With Site to Store, customers will be able to buy items online at Walmart.com and have them shipped for free to their local Wal-Mart store. Since the transaction takes place online, all of these sales are commissionable at your normal rates.

We are not currently serving all geographic areas yet, so we are not actively promoting the service in the affiliate channel. But if you can geo target in the markets we serve please reach out to

glad to see they are getting much more affiliate-friendly. the three-day cookie (still? -- can't remember) won't hurt as much now.

Site to store shipping is good, since you avoid shipping costs, but the way it works is you order the item, then wait for it to be shipped to your store, and it takes like a 10 days. But they may have the same item in the store for sale, but you still need to wait for the ordered one.
Because of that, I've had some users say that they cancelled their orders (or didn't buy, or ended up returning them), because they went to the store and just bought the item there without waiting.

I think the next thing will be is that Walmart will offer some type of delivery service when your order is in.

well the lure of the ship to store is avoiding the shipping cost. If they put in any kind of delivery, they are likely to charge.
