    Question How does this sound to you?
    Clicks
    1114
    Applications
    16
    Approvals
    8
    Conversion
    2.15%
    Average per Click
    $ 0.24
    Commissions Earned
    $ 266

    I am still farely new to this but is seems like my earnings are going down and
    my clicks are going up, up, up. These are targeted clicks from msn,google,etc.
    I am starting to get a little worried. This report is for Ncs credit card service.

    The first month I had 718 clicks made 5XX
    The sec month I had approx 9oo clicks made 3XX
    The this month I have so far 1100 clicks made so far 266.00.

    Could someone from a best web evaluate this and tell me what you think?

    You might want to pause your campaign or try lowering your cost perclick, try a different position, turn off content network, work on better ads, or something different. At 1114 clicks and .24 a click you have now lost money this month. Your spend is $267.36 and you made $266.

    Just a quick heads up.

    Trust is right. I think you meant:

    1) if you took applications as your conversion, then it's 1.4%
    2) if you took confirms, then it's down to 0.7%

    rounded to one decimal.

    Yes, sometimes ppc ads behave weirdly I have noticed too. At times, their conversion can be great, at others, very low even when you haven't changed anything in your campaign.

    I believe it's because of google's testing or rotating your ad on various content sites (some converts well, some not).

    Also, check your server logs for the actual search strings sending traffic. You may see patterns that could represent fraud, or more commonly, words that should be added to your negative matches to weed out info searches.

    I don't remember, can you add your own variables at NCS? If so, do a custom URL for every keyword, on every engine. You want to know which words to keep and which to drop and without knowing which convert, it's a bit of a crap shoot.

    Best of luck!

    I can tell you that you have an inverse relationship graph

    I do not know where your traffic is coming from or what changed were made but you want to look into that. Also, did NCS change their landing page cos usually, if you have a higher traffic while the traffic quality remained the same, you might want to look at what could be causing the problem on their end.

    In one of my past experience, we had some issue with some error in programming code, that gave an error during checkout but one is still able to checkout, traffic from affiliates remained the same but conversion tanked.

    So talk to NCS

    all the best

    Whenever something changes like conversion, always ask yourself what else changed. In this case, your traffic is increasing. Why?

    It may be something at NCS at the root of your concerns, but before you look there, you already know you have a traffic increase in conjuntion with the earnings drop. Look there first.

    You're bidding on PPC, right? So have you added words, increased bids, hit a seasonal spike, added a second or third PPC engine, what? Something on your end increased traffic. Figure that out and the reason for the drop in eearnings may follow. Who knows, you might even find something that leads to improvements in your efforts going forward across all your programs.
