Alarming lack of response...
After placing an order last week, I received my confirmation email (from their shopping cart (email@example.com)). Now they have my money.
Waiting until Monday, and not receiving a ship notification, I began sending emails to their three published email addresses. Five in all, with NO response.
Beginning Monday evening, I started calling them. I left messages at all of the "choices" in their system. Four choices, times two messages each over the last 48 hours. NO response.
No replies to email
No replies to telephone calls
I am alarmed at a company that had done well for me in the past (both as a supplier and merchant). Doesn't bode well. Time to re-evaluate links on my sites.

Not sure, on their home page they have:
Our Retail Store Is Now Closed
Local Will Call Coming Soon
whatever that means

I ordered last week, and just got the shipping notification today, so they're still in business, just slow.
