    Sales leads and commission
Hi, I have a question regarding sales leads at SAS.
We offer hosting services and received orders via online. I accept offline credit card payments as well as checks besides paypal...etc. How does SAS track this? All orders DO have same landing page, but what if someone places an order and either cancels the order or the order is fraud? Does SAS automatically takes out commission
right away? I'd like all sales to occur when the their credit card info goes through and verified by us by phone. I also require new customers to sign AUP and TOS agreements and faxed back to us.

    Anyway, this is my concern.
    Thanks,
    Calvin

If all your orders go through a certain "thank you" page, you just have to update orders that were paid offline in the SAS interface. As long as you pass the original order ID to SAS in that thank you page it should not be an issue to track.
