What's the lifetime value of your customer, $150?? What is it costing you to convert a sale right now?? Look at the spread between the present cost to produce a sale plus network fees and any affiliate manager fees. If there is enough left then you can create a default commission and a top commission. Then do a competitive analysis to see what others are offering. Check in Commission Junction, LinkShare, Performics and Shareasale.
