    Anyone use SEO Elite
Someone has already asked this question. However, the answer was conspicuous by its absence. Does anyone have any experience of SEO ELite and should I spend money on it?
    Thanks

Thanks Guys. Apologies, but I did search the forums before posting. Just didn't find it.

    Re: SEO Elite
Been using it for quite some time.

It is a useful product, saves time and has some powerful facilities.

But like all such tools... it is only useful if you apply discipline in terms of using it regularly! ;-) providing you do, I doubt you will regret purchasing it.

Funny how their name so often shows up in thread titles in forums around town, and somehow there's always a newcomer who shows up recommending the product.

Just thought it was worth mentioning in passing.

It is really odd how that 'randomly' happens.

Cynical People? What IS the world coming to!
Well I had thought on first impressions that this was a responsible forum!

It just goes to show how wrong one can be!

    For the record....
    1. I WAS simply answering a post - you know forum style!
    2. I have absolutely nothing to do with the software vendors
    3. I do and have used this software for a long time
    4. I do think it IS very good and providing you use it consistently
    5. If you don't you're wasting your time with it.

Oh grow up! After almost 6 years, 32,960 members, and 670,459 posts in 82,658 threads I think we have a just bit of experience in making a bold statement that it looks and smells like spam. If it's not, fine keep your pants on because there is no need to get all "hoity" with us because you know it looked like spamola also.

Miles if you stick around and participate it will show us that you aren't here just to plug a product or service. If you "hit and run" we will think you were in cohoots to spam... Happens all too often.

Does anyone ever walk into a room full of strangers and start promoting a product immediately? I would say no. This is no different.

As a general rule, if any of your first 20 posts contains a recommendation you will be seen as a spammer.

Also, if this recommendation is in response to a question from someone with < 20 posts...it is no doubt spam.

There will be exceptions, but I think these rules will apply most of the time.

    seo elite review
ok, bad timing to talk about seo elite. But i really did just get a copy off it from digital point forum deal.

i've just started using it so, i can't give it a review. But i do have more then 20 posts to not be apart of this potentially "planted" thumbs up reviews.

Wow that sure livened up the day
This was a genuine innocent question from a genuine newbie. I guess I'll just have to do more searching before I post any more dumb questions. Incidentally, I plan on sticking around. Sometimes it's a whole lot easier just to ask though

    Yep
I plan on sticking around also...
I guess that with less than 20 posts I just.... know nothing ;-)

Thanks for the reasonable answer/comment Debbie and if it happens all too often whilst it is a shame I see where you are coming from.

As for 'some' of the other comments - take a leaf out of Debbies book in terms of how to respond.

It is a pity that because of others bad practice you can be denigrated for trying to be helpful - but seriously guys.... if you want people to stick around and contribute... don't be quite so quick to jump on them.

Two or Three spammy posts.... fair enough!
First ever.... is just a bit unreasonable.

Yahoo! search for seo elite forums

    Search for "whisper marketing"

kipnae, before even thinking about doing SEO, it would be a good idea to first learn how to use search engines to find things. Then, study up a bit on how search engines work - no "software" can do that for you.

The very BEST tool for SEO that there is in the whole world, you've already got. It's sitting right between your ears.

And now you're spamming the board.
Do you really think we're going to use your links to buy it?
    What's that google.co.in ?

That's where he's located. He posted Google India links because his site came up first for those searches.
