I changed my account pay to cheque sometime ago - the data is correct on the screen for a few months, now. 2 weeks ago I got an email pay advise with the old name, I sent an urgent email back. Today the cheque arrived, in the old business name, I cannot cash it. I tried to phone and got no answer just a machine, I left a message, no call back, I sent another email, no response. Is anybody there??????????????? HELP PLEASE.
