If I registered with 1 website but now have another, should I create a different CJ acct for the new one, or just use my old CJ acct for both?

Same account, but go to Account>>Web Site Settings to add new URL and it will automatically be given a separate PID.
Do this for every website.

Or you can just use Affiliate link of old site in new site.

that would not allow you to track what one site does over the other. Creating a new pid is the best road to take.

Yea, its better. But I only use SID's to recognize sites.
If you want to compare performance reports, then you must create a new PID

Also note that sometimes when you apply to a new program and get rejected, it can be because the main ID doesn't seem appropriate to the program. A quick email explaining which site you intend to use for the program can solve that. The Money Forums

I like having one account with multiple PIDs, but make sure when you are creating links you are on the right one!!! Made that boo-boo more than a few times!

Then I not only am left without the proper report...I have no idea which other site it is that has the error, and I have to go through 'em all until I find it!

If I see an affiliate apply with 10-15 niche sites, I will assume they will create one for our niche and probably drop them an email.
