The Google Dance was the update once a month of Google entire index of web sites and it could last for a couple of days. It's over.
Now, we have a permanent shift in rankings while Google updates its database all day long.

Google is playing with your site, the longer the better, it means you have something to index. Just hope it continues for ever. I'm happy to see a permanent dance for some of my sites. What's important is to stay in the SERPs for your keywords.
PR5 is pretty good for a two years old site, but some will say PR is over, or discounted at least. I assume, 14 in Google, 8 MSN, 15 Yahoo is the position for your website name in these SEs.
