hello One and all,

Well we love them and we hate them, but I was looking at using them on my "Whats On Pages" to actually just advertise my own company services.

So whats the best way of doing this then? Small windows in the top right/left hand side? etc etc.

ANy advice/help would be appreicated.

regards John

Sorry I can't help just installed www.analogx.com POW popup killer and it works like a charm without bothering normal site popups. At least promote this one so your visitors have a choice to see your popups.

I would suggest the upper left hand side, about 50 pixels down and 50 over.

I do not understand why so many people who are trying to make a living or at least lunch money on the web here hate pop up/unders so much, when it has been proven time and again that they work.

I don't have a problem with small pop ups. What I hate is when your mother is coming around the corner and your trying to quick close a site and new full pages keep poping up.

I'd like to delete the last post I made (above) but I don't want to hurt anyones feelings. Seems feelings are very important.

Note my reasons for wanting to delete the above post

1. I don't live at home with my mother

2. Don't visit many porn sites making my statement irrelevant.

3. Just to silly and could damage my reputation

Too late! An impression of you has already been burned into my mind for all time. Sitting in front of the computer looking at porn, Mom harping in the background, and you munching on ding dongs and various other snack foods (to the tune of about $150). HI
Well thanks for all the replies (its amazing what slips when your answering messages on the internet wink wink)

Anyway, ok so a small pop up add might do the trick. Thats ok, I will give it a try and see what happens.

Thanks anyway.
