    customize ?
    I noticed since the last few days I cannot customize the shop pages I made to make them fit into my web pages. It is only possible to have the default PopShops page.

    Hope this is only temporary?

    Hey Isabella,

    I am not seeing the same thing when I go into customize shops. Would you mind giving more details? Is it on a new shop? Is it on the additional pages populated by autofeed? Are the styles features not displaying after you initially create new style or apply an existing one?

    Hi Angel,

    I cannot customize any page, new or old. I don't use the autofeed.

    What happens is when I click customize, normally I would see edit and then I could choose my layout, color and image size.

    Since a few days this edit feature does not show.

    We have tried it on 2 different systems: Windows XP with 2 completely different internet security suites. And we try it on Linux OS with Firefox.

    Hi Isabella,

    Would you please email me your IM account (any service) or your phone and I can have our engineers do a walk through with you on your account. It is not a sitewide problem since customize is working. By having you talk directly with them we can determine if it is a problem specific to your account or if it is a firewall/other issue.

    It was an account specific issue. The engineers tell me it should now be fixed. Please give it another try. If not, please go ahead and contact as requested in the previous post.
