    Thank you GoDaddy, I'm rich!
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN®) recently agreed to reduce their Registrar Transaction Fee from $.25 to $.22. What does this mean for you?

Good news. You have been credited $.03/yr for each domain name you registered or renewed dating back to July 1, 2006* -- $.03 has been placed into your Go Daddy® account with this customer number: ---.

Your in-store credit will be applied to your purchases at GoDaddy.com® until it's gone or for up to 12 months, whichever comes sooner. If you have any questions, please contact a customer service representative at 480-505-8877.

As always, thank you for being a Go Daddy customer.
I'm trying to decide what to spend it on.

And the only reason the one domain is with them is because Dotster was having some hiccups and I really wanted the domain right then.

Hey, they gave me 12 cents! I must have been a really big customer for them.

81 cents here! The only time I've registered with them in the last few years has been because of Dotster hiccups too. Then I usually transfer to Dotster when renewal comes up.

I think I received a buck seventeen, kind if like finding money on the sidewalk, lol. If they've got 60K users, then that probably cost GoDaddy a fair bit.

Wow! Not doin' too bad! Got 21 cents.

Gonna have to think long and hard on how to spend it! (Thinkin' really is hard, when you ain't used to it. )

Looks like lots of folks getting rich from this here refund. Sure to make a big upsurge in the economy with such an influx of $$$. Might make it a good time to invest.

to July 1, 2006* -- $.84 has been placed into your Go Daddy(R) account with this customer number:
Actually this is good marketing by GD. The psychological affect will play with some people making them want to go spend it. A little bit of getting something free. I have some domains registered at other places and they didn't mention anything. I wonder if they are just going to pocket the money.

I bet in all the bureaucratic wisdom they sent registerfly a check.

I'm going to be a putz by sending GoDaddy an email and ask them to mail me a refund check. Just curious to see what happens.
