I guess this is the correct escalation process for Shareasale system problems.

You really need to take a look at why Cable Organizer is systematically processing commissions manually since about January 1st and possibly beforehand. In this case, I don't like to trust a manual process over an automated one.

Is it acceptable for them to use the system like this? If yes, I'll drop them, if no, it needs to be fixed.
