    Question Cinco de Mayo Party!
Ok, guess we are having an impromptu Cinco de Mayo party at our house tomorrow. I have Margarita Mix and Corona, what if anything else do I need?
Food? Ideas besides tacos or fajitas?

I say it's pretty well covered with Corona and Ritas. I have a very good enchilada recipe but they're a pain to make.
    Enjoy!

    Chips and guacamole? Nachos?

A friend of mine tells a story about a trip deep into the mountains of Mexico, way off the beaten path. One of the locals offered them some meat. My friend asked what it was and they told him "beef". To make sure, he asked "From a cow?" to which the guy replied, "No, not cow! Is beef!"

Was in Mexico at a local taco stand that served burritos. They had:
    Pork
    Chicken
    Beef
    Meat

    I didn't ask what #4 was.

Chips and salsa, tequila and tacos would be great, but taco pizza scares me just a little. Sorta' like green sushi on St. Patricks Day...

    That is funny.
Meat, a combination of cow, goat, and whatever animal that will fit in the grinder.

Having any kids over? You got to have some mexican games.

In Mexico, only the tourist areas sell burritos. Everywhere else in Mexico, a "burrito" is a "little donkey" (i.e burros). So be careful asking for a burrito.

I just hope the fight is a good one. Seems like over the past few years every boxing match I watch I just shake my head saying why did I spend so much on this stupid fixed fight.
