The Portion Teller by Lisa R. Young is a really neat book I use. It gives you visuals about how big a portion is and how much of a specific food group is a portion.
It also has little consumer reports that are real shockers. She compares portions of 30-40 years ago to what they are now.Be the change you want to see in the world ~ Gandhi
