    One of my independent advertisers had a major snafu which killed probably a thousand links I had going to his site. (An upgrade, of course)

    If Goggle saw all those dead links, am I going to get killed on the update??? [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img] [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img] [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img]

    SSanf , I dont think Google will penalise if you have many dead links in your site , if thats the case then DMOZ will be a PR 0 [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

    Anway it will be better if you try to remove the links as much as you can as soon as possible.

    Was up working on it until 5AM. Back at 10AM. Just finishing up.

    I hope this doesn't affect any of my keywords. Sweating bullets over it.
