    Launched on SAS - How to take it further?
    Hi,
    I launched on SAS a few weeks back and so far response has been good.
    We've had around 60-70 affiliates sign up and traffic to the site has increased. We're looking to take this one step further with more marketing, I'm looking for some advice into what would be the best options.
    So far I am considering featured program of the month (SAS), ABW email campaigns, ABW Banners.
    Has anyone done these? if so which is the best option to generate new leads?
    I am on a very tight marketing budget.
    We've already tried ABW posts but have yet to make our first sale

    You're in a very competitive niche there (as I'm sure you know well).

    For me personally, the full-blown ABW package of a program announcement + dedicated forum + e-mail blast + banner rotation combined with ShareASale's Featured Program of the Week spot have worked best.

    Just looked into your program a bit more.

    You have good advantages and several disadvantages (that are easy to fix):

    ADVANTAGES

    * Beautiful commission rate

    * Two coupons offered (consider offering more)

    * Large selection of banners

    * Bonus campaigns

    DISADVANTAGES

    * Banners are of very few different sizes and most of them are too aggressive. Consider offering other popular sizes (e.g.: 88x31 buttons).

    * Turn that Auto-Deposit on! It instills trust that you will always pay.

    * No datafeed available.

    * No newsletters sent out. I know you are a fairly new program, but those newsletters are publically viewable at SaS (unless you choose otherwise), and can serve a very good recruitment purpose too.


    Affiliates look at these things prior to joining a merchant. You may want to stress your strong sides more, and get read of the weak ones...
