I was impressed this weekend..............holiday weekend,etc.....
I joined a new program last week, had some problems with some data not moving properly. I fired off an E-mail to the merchant Friday (late) expecting, at best an auto-respond........maybe by Tuesday. The AM, called himself(affiliate contact), actually answered my e-mail on Saturday night. I sent him my answer and he responded again on Sunday.
We don't have the problem resolved yet, but he e-mailed me again today telling me that his tech people were looking into the problem.
Point being........I will remember this......... May never be lucky enough to sale any of their product...........But this merchant will move near the top of my list.You must climb this mountain. There is no elevator. ---- Don't stick your finger in the liquid nitrogen.
