I'm trying to figure out why my pop shops are showing "unavailable products" but when I check the product on the merchant's site, it's available.

As far as I understand it, it means that the product is either not in the datafeed anymore or is marked there as being unavailable. But you might need to send the popshops people some examples for them to check that.

The way the unavailable products work is that we do a check when we reimport the data feeds. If the URL has changed, or if the product is being marked as out of stock, etc, then we mark the product as unavailable.
Rexanne, I believe you're in touch with Angel about this, right? He can go in and check the specifics of your account.

More details for you about our unavailable products system...
We only mark products as unavailable if that product isn't in the merchant feed anymore (based on the product's unique ID/SKU) or is marked as unavailable in the merchant feed. So if products are being marked as unavailable, then the merchant is either changing the data feed fundamentally or products are going in and out of stock.
