    Computer's malfunctioning on the International Space Station...

    Russians are blaming the US...

    US says it's some German components that are misbehaving...

    I think maybe they connected it to the Internet and it got infected with Zango...

    And, of course, it was a consensual install...

    And tracking will not be affected...

    Blame it on Mercury Retrograde!

    Everyone should do a full back up TODAY! Mercury is retrograde for the next 3 weeks and that creates all manner of electronic confusion and issues whether you believe in astrology or not.

    My computer broke down a few weeks ago and caused me a decent bit of grief. So what do I blame that on? It was too early to be Mercury!

    But is time for a backup. Rackspace is going to be doing things this weekend. The human element will therefore be more involved than usual--and I find that more worrisome than what any rock in the sky is doing!

    Most likely the programmers forgot to convert from U.S. Standard to Metric again!
