One more time -- so many merchants, so few categories??
I have an excellent domain name I've owned now for several months and I'm hoping to find a good cell phone/regular phone/accessories datafeed to put up there.

I found an SAS merchant with over 8,000 products. You go to their site and they've got SIX nicely defined, well-displayed categories of products. Whoopie, I thought. (I think "Whoopie" way to often, I guess.)

Then I looked through the datafeed.

    Category: Electronics
    SubCategory: Audio

    Custom1, 2, 3: empty
    Custom4: Other Electronics
    Custom5: Other Electronics

    BAH!

What good is such a piece of crap for building any sort of dynamic, updating site??

    Keep your stupid datafeed, eValueZone.

Anybody know a GOOD SAS datafeed with usable categories for something related to phones/cell phones/accessories?

I would like to find one too!

    Been looking a long time.

Sometimes I just break off pieces of feeds using GoldenCan the getdata php code.

its not nice and tight like I would like, but works in a pinch.

Please post if you find one

Hmm. Now I'm really freaked out -- I just went to the FTP site for SAS, downloaded the evaluezone.com df all over again, looked through it, and ONCE I SORTED THE DATA in columns Custom4 and Custom5 in Excel -- I got some useful categories.

Could have sworn that stuff wasn't there when I looked it over yesterday.

My apologies to all -- insert foot in mouth here and admit to "user error." DUH!
