    Keyword tracking systems/scripts
    Hi,

At the moment, I'm using a simple PHP script I wrote myself where it passes the keyword part of a URL to a landing page, and the landing page adds the keyword to the subid.

I've outgrown that, and I'd like to have something with charts, where it cloaks the keyword (ie turns "buy whatever" into mbte4567 and provides a table indicated that mbte4567 is "buy whatever"), shows better stats for each click (like repeated ip's etc.).

Any suggestions? Would prefer something that isn't hosted externally. Something maybe a bit more advanced than xtreme conversions.

    thanks

So examples would be xtreme conversions or adtrackz, but not those two...looking for something more advanced.

I know, it was. Someday, when someone searches for information like this, actually uses the search feature, they'll get to enjoy it too.

Of course, they might not be "smart" enough to look in the Link Redirection / Protection / Cloaking area...

    What exactly are you saying?

This is the right forum for this, as it's about link redirection and cloaking. And I did search, if you enter something like "adwatcher" there are only two threads where it is mentioned in passing. 3 for adtrackz.

    What do you use?

No, it's not. Link redirection and cloaking are broad subjects dealing with seo, adware, using databases that dynamically generate affiliate urls server side, masking affiliates urls and much more. You are asking about sales tracking, via embedded link data. Yes, you can do that on top of redirected urls, or cloaked ones, but you should search for roi tracking, ppc tracking, and things like that - and in general, not in this area where you've posted.

A mix of technologies - it depends on whether I'm running ppc for a clients and have access to the cart, doing direct-to-merchant (DTM) PPC as an affiliate, or ppc'ing my own affiliate sites. Each situation has a different range of answers.

    Good luck!

    Donuts,

I can't see why suggesting a product that exactly fits the original question is considered spam.
