Saw this on ABC. I think this is the second death recently with FlamingoWorld posting the 1st one.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. (AP) -- Pro wrestler Chris Benoit strangled his wife, suffocated his 7-year-old son and placed a Bible next to their bodies before hanging himself with a weight-machine pulley, authorities said Tuesday.
Investigators found anabolic steroids in the house and want to know whether the muscle man nicknamed "The Canadian Crippler" was unhinged by the bodybuilding drugs, which can cause paranoia, depression and explosive outbursts known as "roid rage."

It was the first. Blowing up in the limo was fake, it's WWE, it's fake.

I thought I just heard Rome (on his show) say that this jerk injected his son because he was'nt 'big' enough. And WWE has a tribute to this guy?
Glad I never watched that crap....

I had heard that his son did have growth problems and he was being given growth hormones. I know some people who had to do this with their kids. I don't think we should assume he was doing it to make the kid bigger so he could wrestle.

While anyone who would murder his wife and child and then strangle himself has issues, it doesn't seem like the deal with his son's injections were too out of the ordinary (human growth hormone, not steroids - it seems the kid was pretty small). There are a couple of things you can't take at face value: Jim Rhome and the WWE. And when the two cross...
In any case, what a sorry tragedy this was!Chris Sturgill
