    Not happy with Adcenter
    Just had to rant. I had a $200 credit that I was reminded is going to expire soon, so I set up some campaigns yesterday and waited for them to get activated. Well on a pet site I have, 12 out of 13 were rejected! All keywords were related to cat and dog and reptile and they were rejected for Unsuitable website content!!! Google seems to think the site is just fine, what's up with Adcenter? Do they not want me to spend my free credits? The only one they allowed was "dog resources", not even cat resources. Who reviews these? geez...

    If you are using keyword insertion and your keyword phrases are too long, it will get rejected because the insertion data won't fit.

    I run into that a lot. Give them a call, 800-518-5689, they are there 6am to 6pm pst 7 days. They've always been very nice. The Customer Service person will need to request an appeal for you. They'll say it could take 3-4 days, but mine are normally done the next day.

    They were all 2 word phrases. Made no sense. I only have 2 weeks to use the credits and one of those weeks I will be in Miami. So will just come up with something else.

    Definately call customer service: 800-518-5689 They want your business and will want to help you. I have a colleague who experinced a similar delima, customer service can be very helpfull for this issue...

    I'm done with them. I had $200 in credits and in two weeks managed to spend $18 with no results of course. So I will let the ppc people stick with ppc and I will stick to what I do best, NOT ppc And when I do ppc it will be with G, at least I know how that interface works
