    Can't log in to CJ?
    I get an error message when I try to log in to CJ:

    There was an error processing your request.
    The incident has been logged and we are working to correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Anyone else have this problem? Or, are they doing maintenance?

    I was getting timeout error while trying to login. Just checked and its okay now.

    Same issue we've seen repeatedly for months. I can log in just fine.

    I was able to get in ok. No notices about problems other than the message about import delays.

    mellie, CJ has never acknowledged the login problems, yet they're well documented in posts here for months now.

    From time to time
    I get log in issues from time to time...sometimes rebooting the computer helps, other times I give it 20 minutes, either way its never gone longer than 20 min.

    Getting the error message now through my primary ISP. Not getting the error through my backup ISP. This is how it always happens for me when I get the error.

    I'm having the same problem. I can't login using my Road Runner from the cable company, but I can log in using my husband's Verison DSL account on another computer.

    I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. One of my clients has her shopping cart through GoDaddy, which I maintain. I couldn't even connect to the GoDaddy website from my computer, but I could from my husband's computer. When I called GoDaddy they said it was a problem with my ISP not being able to connect to their servers. All I could think is how awful life would be if the cable/telephone companies were able to get legislation passed where they could charge us for letting their customers access our sites. I can't even imagine how they would begin to put such a system in place.

    Two hours later and I'm still getting the error and yes, I did re-boot. I also use Road Runner.

    What's strange about this is we're able to get to the CJ home page just fine. The error occurs when attempting to log in.

    Yup, it's happening for me again today. Same error message. I'm using Comcast Cable. I'm also having trouble with Yahoo mail...

    It doesn't seem to be our ISP that's the issue... I have someone working remotely, and neither of us can log in.

    Thumbs down No Log In To CJ Yet
    I've never been able to log in to CJ since I joined several weeks ago. As a result, they are getting no business from me or anyone else that is in my shoes.
