July 5th, 2007, 07:02 PM #1ROM Machine - 4 MINUTE WORKOUT!
So, I remember seeing this ad a long time ago when I was a kid. And I randomly ran into it. It was on an advertisement at the back of a magazine.
Supposedly, all you have to do is workout for 4 minutes. Celebrities use it, and I've seen several videos about it that attest and swear by it.
It sounds too good to be true, plus it costs over $14,000 per machine.
I was running some calculations with my friend, if this were true, you can actually start a pretty decent health club, by charging a monthly fee, and getting whole crap load of people to workout on the machine, since it lasts only 4 minutes.
what do you guys think? is this revolutionary design, or a hoax?
i think the websites name was fastexercise.com and there's also an actual fitness club called Fit In Four in Las Vegas.
