    Omg that is awful.

The phone number is above the fold and the add to cart is below the fold on most monitors too.... Not to mention the size of the "Call us now"

On the top and bottom of their page it does say this:

Welcome to the HomeAnnex website. Comments? Suggestions? Tell us what you think!

    I think someone is obligated.....

    Nomination #2: chefscorner.com
Last year, I added hundreds of their product links to my kitchen site. All was well until a few days ago when the graphics in their links stopped working. The text links continued to go to the correct product page, but no images showed up - only empty, oversized space that also distorted page layout.

In the past I have sent several emails to their current and prior affiliate manager, with never a response, so I didn't expect to receive on now.

The product links available in the CJ Get Links sec do have working graphics, so, I replaced a few important product links as I was working on other projects.

Last night, I was about to start re-doing some of the major sections of their products, and lo and behold, what do I discover?

THEIR SITE IS NOW FULL OF ADSENSE and AFFILIATE BANNERS!!!

I know these not there when I added all of these products last year, as I have xeroxs of many of their product pages.

Chefscorner is the same company as HomeClick.com, Barbecues.com and others. They're all loaded with leaks.

Add to Hall of Shame: newyorkbarstore.com
Checking out the new programs for July at SAS, I came accross newyorkbarstore dot com.

At first glance, a great new merchant: Auto Deposit, Auto Approve, 12% commission, and good stuff for my bar supply site.

    But ....

then I see it: Full of affiliate banners and AdSense on home page, product pages, etc.

    Buy.com Leaks
Buy.com used to block their "leaks" for affiliate traffic, but they appear to have stopped doing that. They have tons of leaks including multiple ads, PriceRunner, Google AdSense, marketplace buying choices, and a very prominent toll free number.

Obviously the networks are losing all control over their merchants bastardizing the promised opportunity to push targeted traffic from affiliate creatives. What purpose is served when a merchant purposfully plants leaks throughout their site diverting shoppers for Ad revenue. WTF ... they're supposed to be merchants responsible for devising a site to sell their own inventory. A merchant who can't show a higher conversion ratio from physical click affiliate traffic off showcase links, then they get from other mass traffic sources, is a phoney.

Here's a beauty. 3% commish on electronics, with Adsense the first thing that hits you in the face when the page loads: above the fold, prime real estate.

The link to sas isn't working but that's their number, so they can be found by anyone wanting to hop right onto the gravy train.

Never understand why they have ADsense on there. Offset the affiliate cost?
This along with the company that sold threadmills.

Question is - Does SAS allow this?

the SAS url is working for me.

    the link works... it says

    low funds

    7 day epc = 0

    30 day epc = 0

so, no... the adsense isn't to offset commissions - they don'y pay commissions - lololololololol
