I requested a current auth key for InstrumentPro two weeks ago and haven't seen a thing in response.
Can you tell me if you've received the request, and its currently status. I was trying be patient because of the holiday, but this is far and away the longest I've had to wait for a response from you guys.

(edit) Forgot to mention that I have sent the request multiple times as well. Like 4, I think.
