2% of $95 is $1.90
Does the average customer make 6 purchases within the 21 days? I think probably NOT - even if they did:
2% of $1000 is $20
What is the upside of this?
July 18th, 2007, 03:13 PM #5Average 12 diapers a day

Diapers.com has to save their money to pay the commissions for all of the software affiliates that pillage their SEO and PPC traffic. Value-add affiliates pay the price for this by getting lower commissions.
And again, "Why is it that those applications don't uninstall when the consumer uninstalls them?" I never did get an answer to that from Performics.

The thing about diapers, formula, etc. is they are loss leaders. they drive traffic to the store on a regular basis since most folks are looking to save whatever they can on these types of products.
2% is definitely low but i bet they just don't make much money on these products. but maybe they'll change the structure.
