How’s this for a combination of spam and credit card fraud:
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> Hello, let me introduce my website {URL removed}. My site is one
of the best known in the world. On my site you can buy stolen credit
cards of American, European, Australian, and Asian people. Also, for
money we can search social security numbers, give stolen/hacked Paypal
accounts, ebay accounts, bank accounts, and many other items. Also we
have links to people who sell various drugs. Also our services include
custom-made fake passports, novelty ID's, and cloned credit cards.
There are also many pages of how to use these items to make the most
profits for you. Credit reports for any USA citizen can be bought,
along with dumps (magnetic stripe infoz from CC's) and hacking tools.
These are the best in the world and we offer the best prices for our
    buyers!

I did whois look up on the domain ad the contact address was:
    <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> 1 Red Square
    Moskow, NA 127000
    RU <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

Wouldn’t 1 Red Square be the Kremlin? That kind of reminds me of when Elwood Blues gave the cops the address for Wrigley Field. Moral of this story is guard them numbers with your life! Because people are just like stories, some don’t have any morals.

could be a sting... cops getting suckers to fall for it & then busting 'em ...I know one method of catching con artists is to set up a fake seminar or conference, or tell them that they've won a vacation, then when they nail 'em when they show up...
    If not, that's pretty scary
