    FTP Datafeeds
Anyone else notice some strange filenames showing up in the FTP directory that you pull the feeds from? I've seen a few .zip files not get updated, but some new file like zia##### (where # are a different numbers for different merchants) shows up with a more recent date.

About the same time, I had 2 directories go AWOL on me even though I still show on the apply page as being approved for their feeds. (Yes, I sent in a support ticket for this one.)

Just wondering if anyone else has seen these issues?

    Now that really IS bizarre.

I had a couple of merchant's directories which were missing from my FTP site at SAS, too, last week. I contacted support and they resolved whatever the issue was causing it, so the directories and datafeeds are back.

BUT -- one of those directoreis ash that zia##### type file you found. Plus, I opened four other directories randomly, and one of THEM had the zia##### file in it.

    Strange things apparently are afoot??

Same here, having some minor access issues. Haven't seen any strange files, but had some directories appear/disappear.

I had 3 affiliates email me with similar problems, I fowarded them to SAS and they quickly resolved the issue.

One of my folders is gone and thus 3 of my sites are completely messed up. It's been an hour and have not heard back from support.

I was able to rewrite my script to work with a manual download so at least my sites are back up.
